Residential Winter Retreat with Tsering Paldron
November 16, 2018 @ 3:00 pm - November 18, 2018 @ 4:00 pm
APPLYING THE THREE YANAS IN EVERYDAY LIFE
It is with great pleasure that Bodhicharya London and Kent announce dates for our second Residential Retreat with Tsering Paldron.
THE THREE YANAS
The Three Yanas are the “Three Vehicles” of Buddhism also known as the Sravakayana, Mahayana and Vajrayana when understood in the context of the Vajrayana. Each one emphasises a slightly different approach to Awakening and this residential retreat will serve as an introduction to these three approaches and some of the main practices each one focuses on. Most particularly, the retreat will help us distil the essence of each Yana and their practices and explain them in an easy to understand way so that we can apply their teachings and methods in our everyday life, for our benefit and the benefit of others.
This retreat is open to everyone.
Please see below for all the information and booking instructions and don’t delay to pay your deposit if you would like to attend, as based on the popularity and success of the retreat last year, we predict places will fill up very quickly.
