Who we are

Bodhicharya Kent is a not-for-profit Community Group run by volunteers.

What data do we collect, what do we do with it and how do we use it?

The only data we collect is your email address and this is done when you sign up to our mailing list via our website or through a form at one of our events.  Also, if you make an enquiry via email, then you may be added to our mailing list as we assume that you are interested to know about what is on offer at Bodhicharya Kent.

We add your email address to our Mailchimp mailing list and send out weekly emails about our meetings, events and other news related to Bodhicharya Kent, Bodhicharya and things related to Bodhicharya’s guiding principles of Healing, Helping and Harmony that we believe may be of interest to our members.

You can see Mailchimp’s privacy policy here.

We do not share your email with third-parties.

You can unsubscribe from the mailing list at any time by letting us know or simply by using the un-subscribe option at the bottom of every email we send out.

Know your rights

You have the right to access the personal information that we hold about you, to request changes to inaccurate information, under certain circumstances to object to the processing of information, to request that we delete the information or that we restrict the processing of information.

As mentioned previously, the only data we hold is your email address.
