Tenzin Peljor is a German Buddhist monk who has been studying and practising Buddhism since 1995. In 2006 he received full ordination from H.H. the 14th Dalai Lama and in 2007 Ringu Tulku Rinpoche appointed him as the resident monk of Bodhicharya Germany in Berlin. From 2008–2013 he studied the “Masters Program” of Buddhist studies at Istituto Lama Tsong Khapa in Italy and currently continues his studies there. Tenzin believes in the importance of putting wisdom and compassion into action and is therefore socially engaged.
Tenzin has been regularly visiting Bodhicharya Kent since the beginning and has given many teachings, including running a number of day retreats. Some of those teachings can be found here.
